Kids Martial Arts (3-6)

Teen Martial Arts (11-16)
Our Teen Martial Arts program is designed to build resilience, self-confidence, and discipline, helping teens navigate life’s challenges. Students learn practical self-defense skills while developing mental clarity and focus. This unique class empowers teens in a supportive environment geared toward personal growth.
Adult Martial Arts (16+)
Our Adult Martial Arts program combines self-defense training with a full-body workout to enhance strength, flexibility, and focus. Suitable for all levels, this class promotes fitness, mental clarity, and stress relief. The program offers a balanced approach to wellness in a welcoming community.
Leave The Nest
Leave the Nest is more than just a self-defense class — it’s a foundation for independence and confidence. Beginning October 6th at Hands of Life Martial Arts, teens will learn how to stay aware, trust their instincts, and respond calmly in challenging situations. From recognizing red flags to applying simple, effective defense techniques, this program prepares students not only for emergencies but for everyday life with greater mindfulness, awareness, and self-assurance.
Super Confidence Academy
Our Super Confidence Academy empowers kids and teens to build lasting confidence, resilience, and leadership. Through engaging activities and mindset training, students learn how to overcome self-doubt, handle social challenges, and believe in themselves. Each class blends fun, physical movement, and practical life-skills to help young people stand tall, speak up, and shine—both in and out of school.
